20-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, our team will meet and assist you transferring to our hotel. In the evening, we'll gather for our first group dinner and get to know each other.
Day 2: Kathmandu, City Tour
We begin the day with an After-Flight Morning Yoga class to rejuvenate our bodies after the long travel.
After breakfast, we explore the vibrant Old Town of Thamel, reaching Kathmandu Durbar Square for historical insights provided by our guide.
Spare time at each monument allows for photos and appreciation of the heritage site. A delightful lunch at a Rooftop Cafe with city views follows. The afternoon offers free time in Thamel for shopping, exploring local cafes, or relaxation before our group dinner at one of Kathmandu's local restaurants.
Day 3: Kathmandu, Guided Temple Tour
After breakfast, we'll visit the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple). This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a magical blend of ancient spirituality and playful monkey companions.
Lunch at a local restaurant will be followed by a visit to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in Nepal.
Finally, we will explore the famous Pashupatinath Temple, a significant Hindu temple on the banks of the Bagmati River.
We'll end the day with a delicious group dinner.
Day 4: Scenic Flight to Lukla, Hike to Phakding (2652 m)
An early scenic flight from Kathmandu lands you in Lukla, the gateway to the Khumbu region.
Here we'll be welcomed by our guides and porters. Now that the team is complete, we'll kickstart our adventure with a tasty breakfast in Lukla and pre-trek meeting. Begin your trek to Phakding through picturesque landscapes, with glimpses of distant mountain views.

Day 5: Phakding to Namche Bazaar
(3440 m)
Traverse suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi River, immersing yourself in dense forests. Reach the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar, offering stunning views of Everest and surrounding peaks.

Day 6: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
Take a short hike to Everest View Hotel (3880 m) for breathtaking panoramas. Get acquainted with the altitude and feel the vibrant energy of Namche and enjoy the Sherpa culture.

Day 7: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
(3867 m)
Journey through scenic rhododendron forests. Upon reaching Tengboche, you have the option to visit the renowned monastery. Witness the spiritual ambiance against a backdrop of majestic mountains.

Day 8: Tengboche to Dingboche
(4410 m)
Descend to the Dudh Koshi River, cross suspension bridges, and ascend to Dingboche. Enjoy stunning views of Ama Dablam and neighboring peaks.

Day 9: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5100m) for 360-degree mountain panorama views. Experience the rugged beauty of the Himalayas.

Day 10: Dingboche to Lobuche (4940 m)
Trek through the Khumbu Khola valley, surrounded by impressive moraines.
Passing the Everest Memorial Park, dedicated to honoring and remembering climbers who lost their lives on Mount Everest.
Reach Lobuche, a high-altitude destination with awe-inspiring landscapes.

Day 11: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5164 m) and Kala Patthar (5545 m)
Trek to Gorak Shep.

Sunset Hike to Kala Patthar for a spectacular panorama and amazing view on Mount Everest.

Day 12: Gorak Shep to Everest Basecamp (5364 m) to Dzongla (4830 m)
Embark on an unforgettable journey to Everest Base Camp. Marvel at the Khumbu Icefall and the world's highest peak.
Descend to the enchanting Dzongla with awe-inspiring mountain views.

Day 13: Dzongla to Gokyo (4800 m) via Cho La Pass (5420 m)
Today is gonna be a long but epic day! Traverse towards Cho La Pass, cross a glacier moraine and make your way to Gokyo. A challenging but rewarding part of the trek.

Day 14: Gokyo and Gokyo Ri
Optional Yoga Class by the lake to stretch and relax. After breakfast you will have time to explore Gokyo Valley, home to pristine lakes and stunning landscapes.
Sunset hike to Gokyo Ri for spectacular views of Everest and the surrounding peaks.

Day 15: Gokyo and Fifth Lake
Day hike from Gokyo to the unique Fifth Lake, renowned for its crystal-clear waters reflecting the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Reaching an altitude of 4920 meters, and stunning views of majestic Cho Oyu, the sixth highest mountain in the world.

Day 16: Gokyo to Dole (4200 m)
Descend along the Dudh Koshi River Valley through yak pastures, charming villages, and lush forests, ultimately arriving in the serene village of Dole.

Descending through rhododendron and pine forests, cross suspension bridges, we make our way back to the bustling heart of the Khumbu region, Namche Bazaar

Day 18: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2860 m)
We've reached the final day of the trek, woohooo! As we descend from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, let's soak in the stunning views one last time before we’ll celebrate this incredible journey together in Lukla.

Day 19: Flight Lukla to Kathmandu
Flying out of Lukla is an exhilarating yet weather-dependent experience. Flights are typically scheduled early in the morning, but weather conditions in the Himalayas can be unpredictable, leading to occasional delays. Which is why we recommend to be flexible with your travel plans and consider potential changes due to weather constraints.
Arriving in Kathmandu, we'll make our way to the hotel for some well-deserved relaxation. If time allows, there is an optional yoga class in the afternoon, for those looking to unwind after the trek. Later in the evening, we'll gather for our final group dinner, celebrating the memories and ending of our remarkable adventure with good company and great food.
Day 20: Kathmandu ... where to next?
After breakfast, our journey concludes. Explore Kathmandu further, catch a flight home, or set out on new adventures as you wish. Packing memories and new pals. Until next time, travel safe, and keep that adventure spirit alive in you.
